Mission
The Benedictine University International Programs Office exemplifies the internationalization mission of Benedictine University at Springfield, which is to produce “informed and responsible citizens and leaders in the world community.” The IPO is a vital ingredient of the Benedictine University’s highly diverse student, faculty, and staff populations and assimilates an intercultural and global dimension into the academic community so that everyday functioning occurs with deeper levels of multi-dynamic engagement and communication.
English language learners will have an education that provides rich intercultural interaction and exemplary cross-cultural communication skills while increasing global competence.
